韩书力,男,1948年生于北京,1969年中央美术学院附中毕业,1982年毕业于中央美术学院研究生班。Han Shuli, born in 1948 in Beijing, graduated from the Fine Arts School Affiliated to China Central Academy of Fine Arts in 1969 and finished postgraduate studies at Central Academy of Fine Arts in 1982.
作品《邦锦美朵》获第六届全国美展金奖、瑞士第一届国际连环画金奖, 《彩云图》(合作)获第六届全国美展银奖,《佛印》获首届加拿大枫叶奖国际水墨大赛金质奖,《阳关》获首届黄胄美术基金奖——特殊贡献奖;从1986年开始,先后在巴黎、东京、台北、多伦多、柏林、悉尼、开罗、新加坡、澳门等二十多个国家和地区举办个展或联展。2009年完成国家重大历史题材美术创作工程作品——《高原祥云—和平解放西藏》;2011年,西藏和平解放60年之际,被评选为60位感动西藏人物之一。2012年任西藏和平解放60年重大题材“百幅唐卡工程”艺委会主任。
曾任:第十、十一、十二届全国政协委员、中国西藏文化保护与发展协会常务理事、中国文联第六、七、八届全委、中国美术家协会理事、中国美协中国画艺委会副主任、中国国家画院研究员、西藏文联名誉主席、西藏美协主席、西藏书画院院长;民革中央画院艺委会委员、澳门美术协会艺术顾问、中国民族画院副院长;中国人民大学艺术学院、西藏大学、西藏民族学院客座教授;国家一级美术师、享受国务院特殊贡献津贴。

His work Spang rgyan me tog ( Flowers of the Grassland) won Gold Award at the 6th National Fine Arts Exhibition and the 1st International Serial Painting Festival in Switzerland, Colorful Clouds (cooperative work) was awarded Silver Prize at the 6th National Fine Arts Exhibition, Buddha Seal was crowned with the Golden Maple Award in the 1st Canada International Ink Painting Exhibition and Yangguan Pass won the Special Contribution Award of the 1st Huang Zhou Arts Foundation Awards. Since 1986, Han Shuli has held solo exhibition and participated in group exhibitions in more than 20 countries or regions such as Paris, Tokyo, Taipei, Toronto, Berlin, Sydney, Cairo, Singapore, Macau and so on. In 2009, he accomplished Auspicious Clouds over the Plateau- Peaceful Liberation of Tibet, work of the creative art project on national major historical theme. In 2011, the year of the 60th anniversary of the Peaceful Liberation of Tibet, he was awarded one of the 60 characters who moved Tibet affectionately. In 2012, he was appointed the director of the project for One Hundred pieces of Thangkas Works to celebrate the peaceful liberation of Tibet on its significant themes over the 60 years since then.
He has been a member of the 10th, 11th, and 12th CPPCC, executive director of Tibet Culture Protection and Development Association, a member of the 6th, 7th, 8th CFLAC Committee, member of Chinese Artists Association, vice director of Chinese Painting Art Committee subject to China Fine Art Association, researcher of China National Academy of Painting, honorary president of Tibet Federation of literary and Art Circles , president of Tibet Artists Association and Tibet Academy of Painting; member of RCCK Central Academy of Arts Council, art consultant of Macau Artist Association, vice president of China Academy of Painting, visiting professor at The Art Institute of Renmin University of China, Tibet University and Tibet Ethnic University; a National First Class Painter enjoying the special allowance of the State Council.
