1930年4月生，号青槐，字仕龙，湖南省醴陵市人，研究馆员，毕业于信阳步兵学院。文职将军，著名书法家，享受国家特殊津贴。现任全国政协委员、全国文联委员、中国书法家协会顾问、中国国际友好联络会理事、中国人民革命军事博物馆研究员、中国书画函授大学特约教授、中国国际书画艺术研究会顾问、齐白石书画艺术研究院副院长、北京工业大学书画学会顾问、北京东方祥和书画院艺术顾问等。
